If you’re a leader in a religious organization who would like help in the work you’re doing around abuse prevention, response and the safety of survivors in your midst, or even healing after abuse has been discovered…we’d love to assist.   We know first-hand the intricacies of this era of leadership and would be honored to help you navigate.

Three locations your organization may find itself:

  • Pre-Disclosure

The statistics would suggest that you have survivors in your midst. You may be looking over at another organization mid-crisis and wondering what you could be doing now to prevent a crisis like that or to prepare for it. Yes, you’re right, there are things you can be doing to protect the vulnerable among you and secure your organization’s future.

  • Mid-Disclosure

Perhaps you have a light-bringer (survivor) in your organization who you are attempting to keep safe and respond to appropriately while leading your organization through an appropriate emotional response to the moment. These situations tend to be considered crises because of their disruptive nature, but Hagar’s Voice knows this moment can be one of healing, intimacy, revival and KINGDOM work.

  • Post-Disclosure

How does a community rebuild after trust has been broken by the discovery of abuse in its midst? There are paths that can be laid for a community to walk together towards restored safety for all, a hope-filled future that doesn’t include this kind of breach of trust, and even deeper levels of intimacy and commitment than was present before the disclosure of abuse took place.
